OPBS Services - Pre-Certification / Pre-Determination
- Obtain Detailed RX
- Obtain Letter of Medical Necessity
- Obtain Diabetic Verification from PCP if necessary
- Obtain L-Code justifications if necessary
- Obtain all necessary information from physician/PT/OT/hospital
- Continual follow up on requests for paperwork until completion
- If Pre-Certification or Pre-Determination is denied we will file an appeal
- Re-verify insurance prior to delivery
